VXA Tape Interchange Format
The following chart shows data interchange between VXA-1, VXA-2 VXA-320 tape drives.
Note:
* V23 and all "X" Data cartridges are ejected from the VXA-1 drive.
** The VXA-320 tape drive supports only 'X' media and the 'V23' media, all other media is ejected.
D = is the smit density setting for this format.
'X' Media requires a microcode level V2105 or higher in the VXA-2 tape drive except when using 'X23' and 'X'
Cleaner.
