PIB (Processor in BOX)

WOF (PIB Without Fan)

*Using a PIB processor without the included heatsink voids the 3-year warranty; WOF

product should be used for rack-dense solutions.

Note: Tray product with 1-year warranty may also be offered through authorized AMD

distributors. Because of their 3-year warranty, AMD recommends using WOF and PIB

instead of tray. AMD offers tray to provide customer choice where PIB/WOF orders may be

logistically challenging (ex, for very large orders).
