AMD Validated Server Validation
• AMD Validated Server Validation includes:
– Basic Platform Validation– CPU and memory subsystem
centric testing and verification.
– Thermal Testing (TMPE) – Confirmation of thermal compliance
of the system.
– Review of AMD Validated Server Partner testing and
validation results.
• Validation is a collaborative effort between AMD and
the partners.
– Each of the platform providers are fully responsible for
validating and testing their platforms.
– AMD works with the platform provider during the validation
process to confirm the quality and flexibility of the platforms
in the program.
• All platforms labeled as AMD Validated Servers go
through this rigorous process.
– AMD Validated Server platforms have three year warranties
provided by the platform providers.
