associated installation is not covered by product warranty
or maintenance. A price has been established for the
Infoprint 1332 Usage Kit installation as performed by IBM.
End users pay a flat rate of $120.00 for installation by an
IBM Customer Engineer (price does not include the kit,
which must be purchased by the customer prior to the
CE′s arrival).
To arrange for an IBM Customer Engineer to install the
Usage Kit in your Infoprint 1332, place a service call via

applicable in the U.S. only.
The above items for the Infoprint 1332 are considered
supplies and, as such, are not available from IBM service
or included in the warranty or maintenance service
agreement. If the customer requires IBM to install any
supply items, IBM will do so at an additional cost to the
customer.
The approximate average yields are not a warranty or
guarantee of minimum life, and are provided to assist in
initial supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to
establish the supply′s life in the end user′s application.
Many factors (for example, print coverage per page,
machine settings, paper type and size, and environmental
conditions) can affect supply life.
Supply warranties are only for defects in materials and
workmanship at the time of shipment and installation.
They are not for print count life or normal wear and tear,
nor for any print count minimum. Contact your place of
purchase for warranty return instructions.
IBM is committed to environmentally conscious programs
for printer supplies. A collection program for used printer
cartridges has been established and return instructions
are included in the supply item packaging, with free return
shipping.
Printing supplies can be ordered through your IBM
authorized printer or supplies reseller. If you have no
reseller, you can be directed to the closest one in your
area and order supplies by following the instructions
below.
IBM Printing Supplies are distributed by Priority
Fulfillment Services (PFS) and a worldwide network of
resellers. End users can contact PFS at 888-IBM-PRINT

area where IBM printing supplies can be purchased.

Security, auditability, and control
This product uses the security and auditability features
of the host hardware, host software, and application
software.
The customer is responsible for evaluation, selection, and
implementation of security features, administrative
procedures, and appropriate controls in application
systems and communications facilities.
Terms and conditions
This product is available for purchase under the terms of
the IBM Customer Agreement.
IBM hardware products are manufactured from new parts,
or new and used parts. In some cases, the hardware
product may have been previously installed. Regardless,
IBM warranty terms apply.
