IBM will provide you with remote telephone based assistance with regards to the following types of questions :
1. Basic short duration installation, usage and configuration questions
2. Product compatability and inter-operability questions
3. Interpretation of product documentation
4. Diagnostic information review to assist with problem resolution
5. Configuration samples
6. 24 X 7 support for Severity 1 problems
7. Corrective service information for know defects
8. Unlimited usage during the one year term of the contract
