Justification for professional installation clause
1) IceRobotics hardware can only be purchased directly from IceRobotics, it is not
available from distributors or retailers.
2) IceRobotics hardware is ONLY sold for installation by IceRobotics staff, self-
installation is not permitted. The installation price varies per customer because it has
to take into account the size of the customer’s farm and the complexity of the
installation, lengths of cable runs and so on.
3) IceRobotics equipment is for use in a commercial dairy farming environment only, it
has no use in a domestic setting
4) IceRobotics equipment has to be wired up over long distances on customer farms
and the exact number and placement of IceHubs is critical to the correct functioning
of the system. This is worked out precisely by IceRobotics staff and cannot be done
by customers.
