D Transmitting an Ambience Listening call
An Ambience Listening call enables you to send a
command that will require the target station to transmit
its microphone audio�
NOTE: This function is enabled only when the same
status number is set between stations�
(Menu > Signaling/Call > Call Menu)
1� Push [Menu] to display the Menu screen�
2� Push [P2 (Up)] or [P1 (Down)] to select “Signaling/
Call,” then
push [OK]�

3� Push [P2 (Up)] or [P1 (Down)] to select “Call
Menu,” then
push [OK]�

4� Push [P2 (Up)] or [P1 (Down)] to select the
Individual ID, then push [OK]�

5� Push [P2 (Up)] or [P1 (Down)] to select “Ambience
Listening,” then push [PTT] to transmit the
Ambience Listening call�

Station 1
• The target station transmits the microphone audio�
• “
” is displayed and the target station’s microphone audio
is heard for the preset period of time�
• “
” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presetting�
L “Success” is displayed after receiving an
acknowledgement from the target station�
L “Failed” is displayed if the target station does not send
back an acknowledgement and the microphone audio�
TIP: Hold down [Ambience Listening] for 1 second to
transmit an Ambience Listening call�
