D Receiving an Individual call
When an Individual call is received:
• Beeps sound�
• “ ” is displayed and Mute is released�
• “ ” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presetting�
• The Status indicator lights green�
• “Private Call” and the calling station name (or ID) is
displayed while receiving the signal�

Call Scan
1� Hold down [PTT] to transmit�
2� Release [PTT] to receive�
3� After the communication is finished, push [Back]�
• The transceiver sends a Disconnect signal to terminate the
call�
• “ ” disappears, and “Clear Down” is displayed for
approximately 2 seconds�
L Either station can send a Disconnect signal�
L The transceiver returns to the Standby mode�
D Receiving a Group call
When a Group call is received:
• Beeps sound�
• “ ” is displayed and Mute is released�
• “ ” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presetting�
• The Status indicator lights green�
• The Group name and the calling station name (or ID)
are alternately displayed while receiving the signal�
L When an All Call is received, “All Call” is displayed� In
that case, you cannot reply to it�
Group C
Call Scan
1� Hold down [PTT] to transmit�
2� Release [PTT] to receive�
NOTE: Only 1 station can speak at the same time�
3� After the communication is finished, push [Back]�
• The transceiver sends a Disconnect signal to
terminate the call�
• “
” disappears, and “Clear Down” is displayed for
approximately 2 seconds, then the transceiver returns
to the Standby mode�
L Only the caller station can send a Disconnect signal�
D Receiving a Status message
When a Status message is received:
• Beeps sound�
• The Status message and the calling station or Group
name (or ID) are alternately displayed�
• “ ” blinks�*
• “ ” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presetting�*
• May vibrate, depending on the presetting�

Push [Back] to stop the display indication�
D Receiving a Message
When a Message is received:
• Beeps sound�
• The Message and the calling station or Group name
(or ID) are alternately displayed�
• “ ” blinks�*
• “ ” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presetting�
• May vibrate, depending on the presetting�
