D Receiving a Broadcast call
When an Emergency call is received:
• Beeps sound�
• “RX Broadcast” and the calling station name (or ID)
are alternately displayed�
• “ ” blinks�

NOTE: Until receiving a Disconnect signal, the
transmission is disabled�
D Receiving an Emergency call
When an Emergency call is received:
• Beeps sound�
• RX Emergency” and the calling station name (or ID)
are alternately displayed�
• “ ” is displayed and Mute is released�
• “ ” may be displayed or blink, depending on the
presettings�
• The transceiver automatically transmits an
acknowledgement to the calling station�

1� Hold down [PTT] to transmit�
2� After the communication is finished, push [Back]�
• The transceiver sends a Disconnect signal to terminate the
call�
• “ ” disappears, and “Clear Down” is displayed for
approximately 2 seconds, then the transceiver
returns to the Standby mode�
L Either station can send a Disconnect signal�
Receiving a call
D Receiving an Ambience Listening call
When an Ambience Listening call is received from
a specied station, the transceiver will automatically
transmit its microphone audio�
NOTE: If the transceiver receives an Ambience
Listening command from a station other than the
specied one, the call will be ignored, and the
transceiver will not transmit its microphone audio�
D Receiving a Stun, Kill or Revive
If a Stun or Kill command is received, the transceiver
will display “Deactivated” and you cannot receive or
transmit�*
Deactivated
If a Stun command is received, you cannot operate
the transceiver until a Revive command is received, or
the password is input�
If a Kill command is received, you cannot operate the
transceiver until it is reprogrammed�
NOTE: Depending on the presetting, the transceiver
can ignore the Stun, Revive and Kill commands that
are from a non-specied station.
* Depending on the presetting, reception may be enabled�
