1.- Fitting of side panels to the base.
Insert panels on the provided slots at the upper and lower sides of enclosure and fasten with 4 x 13 screws (see picture 1, 2 & 3).
IMPORTANT: THE LATERAL WALLS MUST BE ALWAYS MOUNTED WHEN EMBEDDING THE BASE
2.- Fitting of accessory for installation on hollow walls / Zubehör für Hohlwände.
Introduce the fastener in the place provided on the back side of the base (see picture 4). Place the fastener correctly (see picture 5).

Install the enclosure into the walls recess and fix it by using 4 x 50 screws (see picture 6 & 7).
Insert the hinges in the frame and adjust the upper and lower parts as shown in pictures 17 .Insert the piece on the hinges manually picture 18 & 19.
To unassemble the window use a screwdriver to remove the accessorie as show in picture 20 and pull the window out.

6.1- The lid can be unassembled by using
a screwdriver as shown in picture 16.
6.- Assembling of lid to frame.
Placed lid on the frame and press. In order to assure the right position please notice that
description of the number of modules specified on the lid must correspond with the
direction of the word TOP written on the frame (picture 14 & 15).
Place the frame on the base
and fix with 4,2 x 25 screws
(pict 13).
Place the insulating plastic brackets in the supports made for this purpose (picture 11). In case of 2 or more PE or N bars being installed make a short-circuit
(see picture 12) with a suitable connector (10 mm size recommended).

To the base: Place the DIN rail structure on the supplrts an use top screws (4x13) to fix it to the base, see picture 10.
To the frame: by just clipping onto the plastic supports (see picture 8). Also, 4 x10 screws need to be used.
Optionally cut the DIN rail by the notch provided (picture 9) and screw on the place indicated in the base.

of the connection terminal.
I he connection terminal is identitied by the bracket it belongs to (I,II,III),
by the connection type (PE, N) and connection number.
In order to preserve the protection isolation, the enclosure should not have any
vulnerable points through which the voltage could escape.
1) CLOSE THE OPENINGS WHICH ARE NOT OCCUPIED BY DEVICES WITH THE ENCLOSED CLOSING LIDS, REF. 77590 / 77600.
2) IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE PROTECTION DEGREE IP30 IT IS NECESSARY TO INSTALL A SUITABLE CABLE PASS.
