Wire Termination Warranty Statement
The following warranty applies to all Twist-On Wire Connectors, Push-In Wire Connectors,
Luminaire Disconnects, Grounding Products, Streetlight Kits, Electrical Terminals, Crimp
Connectors, Screw Connectors, Terminal Strips/Blocks, Tap Connectors, Connector Socket and Set
Screw Holders unless otherwise noted.
Limited twelve (12) month replacement warranty. Excludes defects caused by abuse, loss, misuse,
neglect, alterations, or accidents. THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
SOLD. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal righ ts, which vary from
state to state.
