A simple to set up alert with a multitude of uses. Place the pressure sensor mat underneath a larger size ﬂoor mat in front of an entrance, at the top

or bottom of stairs, in front of a cabinet or room, next to a bed or anywhere that you may need to be notiﬁed if someone is moving, leaving or has arrived.

This is a “step on – step off” mat designed for up to 350 lbs. (160 kg). The unit can be set so that when someone steps on the pressure mat the unit will either;

sound a loud 105 dB alarm (1 time) for approximately 30 seconds or, sound a 90 dB “Ding Dong” chime 2 times. The receiver can easily be mounted onto a wall

with the included screws. The wire from the mat to the receiver can be extended to a maximum of 65 feet (20 meters). Battery life will depend on trafﬁc and

whether unit is set to alarm or chime mode. Based on 20 triggers per day, a new battery will last approximately 5 months.
