Sticky Swabs - ESD safe cleaning swabs
Ideal-tek Sticky Swabs are specically designed for use in controlled environments (class10-100).
The Anti-static treatment safely dissipates electrostatic charges making Sticky Swabs applicable for manufacturing and
assembling static sensitive products.

» Remove particulate from conned hard to reach areas
» Remove lint and debris in controlled environments without risk of cross contamination
Operation Instruction
1. Ensure work area is clean for best results.
2. Select correct size Sticky Swab for your application.
3. Use tweezers to remove the swab from tray. To avoid cross contamination, avoid contact with other swabs. The swab is
ready to clean.
4. For best results, use sticky to swab at 60-90 degrees’ angle with work surface. Use minimal force (about 10g force) to
avoid damage on sensitive product.
5. Lightly touch particulate to be removed. Do not wipe surface with swab.
6. Avoid reusing swabs to minimize secondary contamination.
7. Remove used swabs from work area.
Note: Do not expose product to temperatures above 30 °C / 85° F
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight – store in dark place
