1. Verify the circuit breaker has a hole (a).

Place breaker in the OFF position.

Single Pole Block-Out Installation Procedure (44-1810)

3. Rotate the Block-Out around the circuit

breaker. Use the smaller rectangular cavity

if it ﬁts. Squeeze the Block-Out to the fully

closed position as shown. Insertion pins (b)

must substantially engage hole (a). Insert

Lock thru Block-Out hold. Verify locking

cleat (d) prevents opening of the Block-Out

device. Assure that hinge (c) is intact.

repositioned to ON!! Hang a workman’s
