Troubleshooting

Please follow these recommendations to improve acquisition quality:

 wipe the finger if it is too wet,

 warm the finger if cold or dry,

 lightly moisten the finger if dry,

 clean the finger if dirty,

 remove any band aids and adhesive tape if they are obstructing the fingerprint or

second phalanx of the finger,

 do not press down too hard and do not contract the finger to avoid constricting

blood vessels.
