This escape command can be used to force baud rate for Contactless cards.

b1- DR=4 supported, if bit is set to 1
b2- DR=8 supported, if bit is set to 1
b3- shall be set to 0, 1 is RFU
b4- DS=2 supported, if bit is set to 1
b5- DS=4 supported, if bit is set to 1
b6- DS=8 supported, if bit is set to 1
b7- 1 if the same D is required for
both communication directions
b8- 0 if different D is supported for
each communication direction
Encoding of the baud rate to be forced if
B1 value is 0x01. No need to send this
byte in case B1 has the value =x00
