Schlauchmontage

❖Pumpe ausschalten
Pumpenkopfabdeckung hoch
klappen. Schlauchbett öffnen – den
Anpresshebel durch seitliche
Rechtsdrehung aufklappen
1 Beide Enden des Schlauches
durch die Schlauchhalterungen
stossen
2 Schlauch dem Rollenkopf entlang
spannen und mit der Rändel-
schraube fixieren

❖Die Rändelschraube nur so
stark festziehen, dass der
Schlauch bei der geforderten
Drehzahl nicht mitläuft

❖❖
❖ Schlauchbett gegen den
Schlauch drücken und den An-
presshebel durch Linksdrehung
schließen

❖❖
❖Pumpenkopfabdeckung
schließen
3 Den Anpressdruck durch Drehen
der Schraube bei laufender
Pumpe anpassen – für jeden
Pumpenkanal einzeln
4 Schlauchbetten mit fertig
installierten Schläuchen

 Switch the pump off
Open the pump-head protection
shield. Open the tube-bed – turn the
pressure lever in the clockwise
direction
1 Push both ends of the tubing
through the tubing retainers
2 Stretch the tubing alongside the
roller-head and fix it with the
knurled screw

❖Tighten the screw only as much
as is necessary in order to prevent
the tubing from moving at the
required rotation speed
❖❖
❖❖
❖Press the tube-bed towards the
tubing and close the pressure
lever by turning it to the left

❖Close the pump-head
protection
3 Adjust the pressure onto the
tubing by turning the screw whilst
the pump is running – for each
pump channel individually – see
Fig. 3

Débrancher la pompe, retirer la
protection de la tête de pompe,
ouvrir le berceau – tourner le levier
de pression dans le sens horaire.
1. Pousser les deux bouts du tube à
travers les supports de tubes.
2. Tendre le tube le long de la tête à
galets et le fixer avec la vis à tête
moletée

❖Serrer la vis à tête moletée
juste assez pour que le tube ne
bouge plus à la vitesse de rotation
désirée.

❖
Pousser le berceau contre le
tube et fermer le levier de pression
en tournant vers la gauche.

❖❖
❖Fermer la protection de la tête
de pompe.
3. Ajuster la pression contre le tube
en tournant la vis pendant que la
pompe fonctionne pour chaque
canal de pompe séparément -
