1. Failed to download and install APP
(1)The APP is not suitable for Motorola/Nokia/Google
phones and Android 10.1,IOS 13.5.1 version or above,
please check the version of your phone system before
purchasing.
(2)For iPhone/iPad, if you can't download by scanning
qrcode, please search "SWD Camera" APP for apple store to
install.
2. No signal, No found WiFi network named "SONiX_***"
(1)Please check whether the camera is powered on.
(2)Please check whether antennas are plugged on the
camera.
(3)Please check the angle of the antenna.
(4)Please check whether metal obstacles near the antenna.
(5)Out of range, please add an antenna extender cable or
change the camera mounting location
(6)First,Whether it is in power on mode? Observe whether
the red led is on after SHORT press the power button.
Second,Whether it is in power off mode?Observe whether
the red led is on after LONG press the power button.
At last, Is draining the battery ?Please charge first!!
3. No picture
(1)Please check whether the phone is currently connected to
the WiFi network named "SONiX_***"(No Inernet
Connection), but not the other WiFi network names, avoid
the other wifi network(not "SONiX_xxx") auto-join and
force forget this network, Only allow the wifi network
named "SONiX_xxx" auto-join.
(2)Out of range, the wifi signal is blocked too badly or
fps<10, please add an antenna extender cable or change the
camera mounting location.
Note:You must wait to confirm the WiFi connection status
and keep it for about 5 seconds, then you can open the app,
otherwise you will immediately encounter the "no picture"
