4. Arrange the 2 elastic belts and adapt them to the vehicle making them pass
through the metallic slits located to the limbs of the fiberglass horizontal frame
(C); then fix them on the other extremity to the vehicle (i.e. to the carrier or
similar stable supports) using its pulling mechanism (see Fig. 2-8 and Fig. 2-9).
