Syncing
To sync the Trio with your computer, you’ll need to plug in the small USB key and download and install
the syncing software from our website.
The Trio should sync automatically throughout the day if your computer is on, the USB key is plugged in,
and the Trio is within 20 feet of it. To sync your Trio manually, press and hold the button while you’re
within 20 feet of the USB key. The word “DATA” will appear on the display when it’s syncing.
You can also sync with our mobile app using certain smartphones and tablets that have the Bluetooth
4.0 or Bluetooth Low Energy technology.
Hardware Reset
Resetting your Trio will erase all activity data that’s stored on the device and set the time to 12:00
midnight. If you need to reset the Trio, press the small button underneath the clip on the back side of
the device.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired

reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is
connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
This device meets the FCC and IC requirements for RF exposure in public or uncontrolled environments.
