Use the Language & input menu to configure the following items.
 Language
sets up the language for IKARPC-07A-A9.
 Spell checker
allows the user to enable the spell checking function and configure its
settings.
 Personal dictionary
configures the user dictionary.
 KEYBOARD & INPUT METHODS
allows the user to set up the onscreen keyboard.
 Text-to-speech output
configures the text-to-speech settings.
 Pointer speed
sets up the pointer speed.
