6.3.8.1 ME Subsystem Configuration
Use the ME Subsystem Configuration menu (9BIOS Menu 15) to configure the Intel®
Management Engine (ME) configuration options.
BIOS Menu 14: ME Subsystem Configuration
 BootBlock HECI Message [Enabled]
Use the BootBlock HECI Message option to enable or disable boot disk sector that
contains the Intel® AMT Host-Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) message.

Disabled
Boot sector disabled

Enabled DEFAULT
Boot sector enabled
 HECI Message [Enabled]
Use the HECI Message option to enable or disable the Intel® AMT Host-Embedded
Controller Interface (HECI) message.
