Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.

Features Information about protection class IP65 Equipment with protection class IP65 are dust-tight and completely protected against contact (first code number). They are also protected against splash water from any angle (second code digit). That is why this equipment can also be used outdoors. Event technology equipment is generally only designed for temporary use however (event lighting) and not for permanent use outdoors.

The ambient temperature must always be below 40 °C (104 °F). Mounting options You can install the unit in hanging position. When in use, the device must always be attached to a solid surface or an approved truss. Use the designated mounts for omega brackets on the retaining bracket for fastening.
Installation and starting up Connect the device via a suitable RJ45 data cable (Cat) to the Stagepix Brain IP (item no. 486345). A maximum of four Ignition Stagepix Line 100 IP LED strips (item no. 486339) or a maximum of eight Ignition Stagepix Line 50 IP LED strips (item no. 486342) may be connected in series to each serial interface of the controller. Please note that this device must not be connected to a dimmer.

The cleaning fre‐ quency depends on the operating environment: damp, smoky or particularly dirty environ‐ ments can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the device components. n Clean with a dry soft cloth. n Stubborn dirt can be removed with a slightly dampened cloth. n Never use solvents or alcohol for cleaning.

Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of. Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure that they are collected for recycling.
