CABINET GLASS DOORS AND SIDE PANEL
DBPPN36, DC36PN AND DG36PN MODELS
ONLY.
Installation
1. Identify the left and right doors and side panel (see
Figure 7)
2. To install the glass panel, insert the two pins, located
on the top of the glass panel frame, into the top corner
holes (see gure 8).
3. Push the glass panel as far up as possible so that the
two pins located on the bottom of the glass panel will t
into the two holes located on the bottom corners of the
replace opening. Adjust the glass panel until it is fully
seated. Refer to Figures 8.
4. Install the left and right doors. Be sure top spring clip
hole is aligned with hole in replace frame (see Figure
9). Fit glass door top pin into aligned holes.
5. Swing inner end of bottom clip out away from replace
frame. Fit door bottom pin into clip. Push clip into frame
until bottom door pin slips into hole in frame.
6. Check door alignment. If doors do not align with each
other, use top spring clip to align.
7. Use Phillips screwdriver to loosen screw that holds top
spring clip in place.
8. Push spring clip left or right in its alignment slot until
door is at proper angle (aligned with opposing door).
Moving spring clip to the LEFT (your left as you face
the replace) moves glass door’s top, inner corner UP;
moving spring clip to the RIGHT moves glass door’s top,
inner corner DOWN.
9. When door alignment is satisfactory, use Phillips screw-
driver to retighten spring clip screw.
Note: When glass doors are aligned properly, the bot-
tom hole of the aluminum trim, snaps into the bullet
catch.
WARNING: When replace is in operation, both sets
of cabinet doors on each side of the replace must be
either FULLY OPEN or FULLY CLOSED. If not, a re haz-
ard may be created.
