Steam cooking
Fill the water tank before every steam cook-
ing. The maximum capacity of the tank is 0,8
l. It is enough for about 40-45 minutes cook-
ing.
For information about recommended type of
water refer to "Types of water " in "Care and
cleaning" chapter.
Caution! Wait at least 30 minutes after
every steam cooking in order to avoid
hot water exit from water outlet valve.
If you pour too much water into the tank,
a safety outlet pours it back into the bot-
tom of the oven. Dry the water with a sponge
or cloth.
Steam appears when the oven reaches
set temperature.
Warning! Be careful when you open the
oven door as the steam immediately
pours out.

Pull the water tank
upwards as far as it
goes.

Fill the water tank
with water until Tank
Full indicator comes
on.

Press the water tank
back to its original
position.
Warning! Use only drinking water as
liquid to fill the water tank. Do not use
filtered water, distilled water, demineralized
water or other liquids.
Warning! Do not pour inflammable or
alcoholic liquids (grappa,
whisky,cognac, etc.) into the water tank.
1. Prepare the food in pots suitable for oven
use and position them on the grid at the
2nd level from the bottom.
2. Turn the control knob for the oven func-
tion to

3. Set the temperature between 130 and
230 °C. Steam cooking does not give
good results in temperatures above 230°
C.
4. Empty the water tank after each steam
cooking (refer to "Emptying the water
tank")
