You can sunk the push-pull control knobs inside the control panel when the oven is off. Turn the push-pull control knobs clockwise to set the temperature and the oven function. Before first use Remove all packaging, both inside and outside the oven, before using the appliance. Do not remove the rating plate.
ENGLISH 7 Setting the oven function Turn the control knob for oven functions (refer to "Product description"). Setting the temperature Turn the temperature control knob (refer to "Product description"). You can set the temperature between 50 °C and 250 °C. ENGLISH 8 Safety thermostat To prevent dangerous overheating (through incorrect use of the appliance or defective components), the oven is fitted with a safety thermostat, which interrupts the power supply. The oven switches back on again automatically, when the temperature drops. Should the safety thermostat fail to work, do not attempt to fix it yourself. Please contact After Sales Service. "Tank full" indicator The indicator shows that the oven is ready for steam cooking.

ENGLISH 10 Steam cooking Fill the water tank before every steam cooking. The maximum capacity of the tank is 0,8 l. It is enough for about 40-45 minutes cooking. For information about recommended type of water refer to "Types of water " in "Care and cleaning" chapter. Caution! Wait at least 30 minutes after every steam cooking in order to avoid hot water exit from water outlet valve. If you pour too much water into the tank, a safety outlet pours it back into the bottom of the oven.
ENGLISH 11 Open the door and put the end of the water outlet hose (A) into the water outlet valve (C). Water outlet valve is in the bottom left corner of the door frame. Put the other end of the water outlet hose (B) into an empty container. When all the water is drained out, remove the water outlet hose from the water outlet valve. Warning! Do not use the drained water to refill steam tank again. Warning! Even if tank empty light is on it does not mean tank is completely empty.
ENGLISH 12 Care and cleaning Warning! Switch the appliance off and let it cool down before you clean it. Warning! For safety reasons, do not clean the appliance with steam blasters or high-pressure cleaners. Removing the oven door and the glass panel 1 2 Open the door fully and hold the two door hinges . Lift and turn the levers on the two hinges. 3 4 Close the oven door to the first opening position (approx. 45°). Then pull forward and remove it from its seat.

Do not pour water into the water tank during the cleaning cycle. 90° 1 Turn 2 fasteners by 90° and remove them from their seats. 2 Carefully lift and remove the panel of glass. Clean the glass panel with water and soap. Dry it carefully. Inserting the door and the glass panel When the cleaning procedure is completed, insert the glass panel and the oven door.
