Fit vent system over transition piece.

2. Seal connection with clamps.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
1. Disconnect power.
2. Remove terminal box cover.
3. Remove the knockout in the terminal box cover and install a
UL-listed or CSA approved V2"strain relief.
4. Run 3 wires, black, white and green (14AWG), in 1/2"conduit
from service panel to terminal box.

E. Green (or bare) wire connected to yellow-green wire
F. White wires
5. Use UL listed wire connectors and connect black wires
together.
6. Use UL listed wire connectors and connect white wires
together.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Electrically ground blower.
Connect ground wire to green and yellow ground wire
in terminal box.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
7. Connect ground wire to green and yellow ground wire in
terminal box using UL listed wire connectors.
8. Replace terminal box cover.
9. Check all light bulbs to make sure they are secure in their
sockets.
10. Reconnect power.
1. Install vent cover.
When using both upper and lower vent covers, push
lower cover down onto hood and lift upper cover to
ceiling and install with two 2.9 x 6.5 mm screws.
NOTE: Upper vent cover may be reversed to hide slots.

For reduced ceiling height installations, using the upper or
lower vent cover, push cover down onto hood and snap
vent into place around vent cover bracket.
