Follow these warnings and the assembly
instructions carefully. Keep for future reference.
Minimum recommended mattress size for this
cot is 120 cm x 60 cm and with a thickness not
exceeding 12 cm.
WARNING
Do not use the cot if any part is broken, torn
or missing. Contact your local IKEA store for
replacement parts. Do not substitute parts.
Do not leave anything in the cot or place the cot
close to another product, which could provide a
foothold or present a danger of suocation or
strangulation, e.g. strings, blind/curtain cords,
etc.
Do not use more than one mattress in the cot.
Be aware of the risk of open re and other
sources of strong heat, such as electric bar res,
gas res, etc. in the near vicinity of the cot.
WARNING:
Do not attach any item to the cot, for example
hooks or handles. These can present a
strangulation hazard, which may result in harm to
your baby.

Tighten all assembly ttings properly before
use. Check all ttings regularly and retighten as
necessary.
The lowest position of the bed base is the
safest. To prevent falls the mattress base should
be adjusted to the lowest position as soon as
the baby is old enough to sit up.
Thickness of the mattress shall be such that the
height from the upper surface of the mattress
to the upper edge of the cot frame is at least
500 mm in the lowest position of the cot base
and at least 200 mm in the highest position of
the cot base.
To prevent injury from falls when the child is
able to climb out of the cot, the cot shall no
longer be used for that child.
Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic
lm as mattress covers because they can cause
suocation.
Care and maintenance
Wipe clean with a cloth damped in a mild cleaner.
Wipe dry with a soft, clean cloth.
