Product Warranty

Limited 90 Day Warranty

The Manufacturer (DPI, Inc.) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials,

under normal use and conditions, for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. The Manufacturer

agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in parts, material or workmanship, or

to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for

shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or

replacement is subject to verication of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as conrmed by showing

the model number on the original dated sales receipt. This warranty is not transferable to any person or entity

other than the original purchaser.

The extent of the Manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement

provided above. In no event shall the Manufacturer’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the

purchaser for the product. If, upon review by the manufacturer, no defects were found, end-user will

assume shipping costs and transportation back into their custody.

Services provided under the terms of this warranty are your exclusive remedy.

Coverage Does NOT Include:

• Any damage, collisions, or falls, accidental or otherwise, including damage to non-DPI products or property.

End User assumes all risk and is entirely responsible for the safe operation/use of the unit.

• Any damage due to failure to follow instructions for safety, operation, maintenance, or installation of

replacement parts.

• Defects caused by use of parts not approved by the manufacturer, or modications of the unit performed by

the end-user.

• Damage from extreme use that is outside of the unit’s performance standards, or use of batteries that are

outside of specication for the unit.

• Gradual power loss of the battery over time, which does not constitute a manufacturer defect, as all batteries

exhibit this tendency.

• Re-manufactured units, product sold “As Is”, or closeout product.

• The cost of shipping this product to the Service Center and its return to the owner.

Where is the Warranty Valid?

This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada, and grants specic legal rights. You may also have other

rights which vary from state to state.
