OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Back Up Function
If the AC supply is interrupted, the clock display and preset radio stations will go off and all settings will be canceled. To back up the
clock and preset stations, insert two “AA” size batteries (not supplied) in the battery compartment in the base of the unit. The batteries
will not save alarm clock settings. The back up battery does not provide operation of your iPod.
Note: Always use Alkaline batteries and remove the batteries when the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time.
Maintenance
• Place the unit on a level surface away from sources of direct sunlight or excessive heat.
• Protect your furniture when placing your unit on a natural wood and lacquered finish. A cloth or other protective material should be placed between it
and the furniture.
• Clean your unit with a soft cloth moistened only with mild soap and water. Stronger cleaning agents, such as Benzine, thinner or similar materials can
damage the surface of the unit.
