Imation warrants this product against defects for 90 days from the date of original
purchase. Imation shall not be responsible for any lost data or other incidental or
consequential damages related to this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
limited warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may have other rights which may
vary from one state, province or country to another.
