stainless steel type 304 with 2”
channel edge, all corners welded,
ground and polished. S/S channel
bracing provided as necessary.
A frame of 14GA stainless steel
multi-formed, fully welded ver-
tical corner uprights. With an
apron, 18GA stainless steel, 10”
apron welded to framework.
An interlocking device as re-
quired, quick release latches are
provided to join units together.
6” deep stainless steel, pitched
to 3/4” brass drain with shut off
valve. Removable stainless steel
perforated false bottom included.
Modular Salad Bar with Ice Pans
are convenient and easy to use
and allows you to add on attrac-
tive salad bar to the serving line
while maintaining them fresh.
These sturdy units are designed
for long lasting service. Units are
provided with interlocking devic-
es for quick and easy assembly
