SBRP Modular Counters are
16GA stainless steel type 304
with 2” channel edge, all corners
welded, ground and polished. S/S
channel bracing provided as nec-
essary.
A frame of 14GA stainless steel
multi-formed, fully welded ver-
tical corner uprights. With an
apron, 18GA stainless steel, 10”
apron welded to framework.
An interlocking device as re-
quired, quick release latches are
provided to join units together.
Cold Pan is refrigerated with a
self contained compressor and
copper coils secured to the un-
derside of the 6” deep pan. Com-
pressor is in a louvered housing,
includes on/off switch, pilot light,
3/4” brass drain with shut off
valve, 5” long cord and plug.
Modular Salad Bar with Refrig-
erated Cold Pans are convenient
and easy to use. These sturdy
units are designed for long lasting
service. Units are provided with
interlocking devices for quick and
easy assembly and disconnect-
ing.
