Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Luxbanx Speed Ring. This speed ring allows you to

attach a Luxbanx softbox to a strobe ﬂash head quickly and easily. There are a

variety of speed rings to ﬁt a variety of strobes, so be sure you’ve selected the

correct one for your ﬂash. This Impact speed ring is also compatible with most major

brands of softboxes.

The outer rotating ring allows you to rotate the softbox 360° to whatever position

suits your needs, and the ring is self locking. The indexed ﬂex rod holes make it easy

to attach any type of softbox to the speed ring.

The Luxbanx Speed Ring has all-metal construction for years of heavy-duty

performance. The outer rotating ring is solid cast aluminum with precision machined

rod holes for smooth assembly. The inset is precision-machined to match your

strobe head.

The outer rotating ring features two standard 3/8” tapped rod holes that can be used

to adapt the speed ring to a variety of other products.

Note: Rubber feet on the tightening screws of the SR-DYN speed ring may become

overheated and melt when used with an Omni-light or any other continuous hot light.
