Check if earphone has power and fully charged. Connect charging case to properly working
power supply and place the earphones in the charging case to fully recharge for at least one hour.
Problem-A: Earphones don't turn on
1. Ensure that both earphones are fully charged and turn on normally.
2. Delete the corresponding Bluetooth headset from your devices list. Place both ear-pieces
into the charging case, find an open area and try to repeat the reconnect process.
Problem-B: Only one earpiece has sound, or the two earphones didn't pair
1. Confirm that both earphones are turned on.
2. Check if earphones are connected to another device.
3. Find an open area and try to repeat the pairing process.
Problem-C: My phone cannot find my earphones
1. The earphone is low in battery, place the earphones in the charging case to recharge.
2. The distance between your mobile phone and the earphone is more than 10 meters.
3. Confirm that your mobile phone is not connected to another earphone or other
Bluetooth device.
4. There is a wall or other cause of signal obstruction between the earphones and the
mobile phone.
5. The two earpieces are not paired or synchronized properly. Turn off the earphones
completely, wait one minute and repeat the pairing process.

while playing music
