IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN INSTALLATION.

• These instructions are for a single door installation.

• Identify secure points on the wall to attach the rail before starting your installation.

• It is necessary that all the lag screws used to install the rail are secured to the wall stud (2 x 3 structure).

• Use a wood plank secured to the wall stud if you are unable to fix all lag screws in wall stud.

1. Mounting the rail #4 #2 #1 #5 #3 B A DOOR HEIGHT + 1 3/4” (X 3) 1.1 1.2 From the floor, add 1 3/4” to the height of the door being installed, to determine the center height of the rail. CAUTION if the rail is not installed level, the door may slide open or closed without warning. 1 Mark the location for each lag 1screw. 0 0 Ex: Door 84” + 1 3/4” = 85 3/4” center of the rail from the floor. 2. 1 C C N D 2 A 2.9 2.9 2.10 Slide a cross bar "C" through the uprights, make sure that the glass fits into the cross bar. Slide the second glass panel into place, then the cross bar "C" making sure that all the components fit into each other. Finally insert the 3rd glass panel in place. 2.11 Insert the "I" brackets in the top door bar "A" and secure them with the stop screws "N".

3. Complete your installation D TOP VIEW TOP VIEW 3.1 . NOTE Anti-jump bumpers must be installed to prevent door from derailing. Loosely fasten the anti-jump bumpers 2” from each door hanger. To be able to install the door on rail, anti-jump bumpers must be turned towards the front of the door. 3.2 Hang the door on the rail, ensure the door is levelled then, fix the door guides on the floor on the opening side, as close to the doorway as possible. * NOTE for door guides two types of guide are provided.

Installation du rail #4 #2 #1 #5 #3 B A HAUTEUR DE LA PORTE + 1 3/4” (X 3) 1.1 1.2 ATTENTION Si le rail n’est pas installé de niveau, la porte risque de s’ouvrir ou de se fermer 1 sans avertissement. 1 0 Marquer l’emplacement de chaque 0 tire-fond. À partir du sol, ajouter 1 3/4” à la hauteur de la porte à installer pour déterminer la hauteur centrale du rail. Par ex. : Porte 84” + 1 3/4” = 85 3/4” à partir du sol au centre du rail. 1.4 1.

B S B E E F K K E E O N F O K L 2.4 2.3 Insérer les équerres « I » au bas de porte « B », puis fixer les à l’aide des vis d’arrêt « N ». Glisser les boudins flexibles sur le panneau de métal « K », puis glisser le panneau entre les montants de la porte. • • 2.5 Glisser le bas de porte dans les montants de porte en s’assurant que les équerres soient bien alignées, puis visser le tout à l’aide des vis « O ». ï .. . .. . .. .. . 1 C C N D 2 A 2.9 2.9 2.10 Glisser un travers “C” dans les montants de la porte et s’assurer que le verre est bien emboîter dans le travers “C”. Glisser le 2ème panneau de verre en place, puis le travers « C » en s’assurant que toutes les composantes s’emboîtent bien l’une dans l’autre. Finalement insérer le 3ème panneau de verre en place. 2.11 Insérer les équerres « I » au haut de porte « A », puis fixer les à l’aide des vis d’arrêt « N ».

3. Mise en place D DESSUS DESSUS 3.1 . NOTE Les rondelles anti-déraillement doivent être installées pour empêcher la porte de dérailler. Sans serrer, fixer les rondelles anti-déraillement dans les trous prévus à cette effet. Pour pouvoir installer la porte sur le rail, les rondelles anti-déraillement doivent être tournées vers le devant de la porte. 3.2 Monter la porte sur le rail, en s’assurant qu’elle est de niveau, puis fixer les guidesde porte au sol, le plus près possible de l’ouverture. 3.
