Disable numeric register edit 1&2, 3&4 and 5&6, if “Y” (yes) is selected the 
corresponding set of registers will become read only disabling the ability to edit/change 
any of the values from the keyboard using the ID Tables key. 
Numeric ID registers 1&2                 
Tables 1, 2 and 3 numeric ID registers 1&2 are used for Total and Subtotals   
Table 4 numeric ID registers 1&2 are used for the sequence number and gross 
Table 5 and 6 numeric ID registers 1&2 are not used in the standard program 
Numeric ID registers 3&4                 
Tables 1, 2 and 3 numeric ID registers 3&4 are used for Total and Subtotals   
Table 4 numeric ID registers 1&2 are used for the sequence number and gross 
Table 5 and 6 numeric ID registers 1&2 are not used in the standard program 
Text ID registers 2&3                 
Table 1 (Vehicle) = Customer and Product          
Table 2 (Customer) = Name and Address           
Table 3 (Product) = Name, register 3 is not used in the standard program   
Table 4 (Transaction) = Truck and customer            
Tables 5 and 6 the text registers are not used in the standard program   
ID text registers 4&5                   
Table 1 (Vehicle) = Not used in the standard program         
Table 2 (Customer) = City and State           
Table 3 (Product) = Not used in the standard program   
Table 4 (Transaction) = Product and transaction time and date       
Tables 5 and 6 the text registers are not used in the standard program 
Auto Erase ID Records is used in some applications to determine if an ID record should 
be erased after being used or be retained in memory for later use. 
Edit numeric register names 
Each ID record has 8 numeric registers. Use this function to name the registers in an ID 
table. If a register is NOT named, it does not display in database maintenance functions 
and it is not printed in database reports. 
Edit text register names 
Each ID record has 8 text registers. Use this function to name the registers in an ID table. 
If a register is NOT named, it does not display in database maintenance functions and it is 
not printed in database reports.
