Limited Lifetime Warranty
Industro warrants to each original purchaser of this product, that at the time of first sale, its
products will be free from defects in workmanship and material. No warranty will be given for
any item that has been; (1) altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Industro
International; (2) Subject to abuse, improper use, negligence, accident or improper storage, or
normal “wear and tear” on the item; (3) installed, used or maintained not in accordance with proper
practices or the instructions and specifications of Industro. If this product is found to be defective
in accordance herewith, Industro shall, at its option, repair or replace the item subject to warranty.
This warranty does not include expendable parts such as, but not limited to, batteries, lamps, bits
or blades.
The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed,
implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for
any particular purpose.
