Calibration Gas (continued)
NOTE: For the most accurate measurements, users should calibrate with a gas
that most closely resembles the actual sample gas composition.
NOTE: Any checkout gas mixtures supplied by INFICON are for instrument
installation and start-up needs only.
Sample Gas Pressure Range
Introducing high pressure sample gas without proper pressure reduction may damage
the 3000 Micro GC. The following table lists the various connections and a
recommended pressure range. Do not connect a gas or sample supply above 30 PSI
directly to the sample inlet.
