TA
(Traffic Announcement)
To
activate TA function, press MENU button to
activate bottom navigation, then press TUNE
Down button
to
move highlight
to
TA
, now
press MENU button to toggle/select between
TAON
or
OFF.
(Note:
TheTA
icon will display when
TA
ON
is selected.)
With TA ON selected, it will automatically
switch
to
Traffic Announcement when there
is
traffic news.
If
the listening frequency is a Traffic Program,
the TP icon would displ
ay.
Traffic Announcement volume can be set
in
th
e Settings. When a traffic announcemen
is
received, it will broadcast it at the set TA
volume.
10. PTY (Program Type)
In Radio mode, if you want
to
select a particular
program type , press MENU button to activate
bottom navigation, then press TUNE Up button
to
move highlight
to
PTY and press MENU
button to display the program type list. Push
TUNE Up or Down button to select
a desired
program type and press ENTER button. It will
then switch
to
Radio play screen and search for
a station with the selected program type.

The Program Type would be displayed on the top
of
the station frequency.
2.
If no operation
at
program type list screen, it will go back to Radio screen
by
it
self
after
5s
or
simply press MENU button for 2s
to
go back
to
previous display.
3.
If
no station with selected program type were found, it will revert back to previous playing.
