SECURITY menu
Item Description
MY TEXT
DISPLAY
(1) Use the ▲/▼ buttons on the SECURITY menu to
select the MY TEXT DISPLAY and press the ► or
SELECT button to display the MY TEXT DISPLAY
on and off menu.
(2) Use the ▲/▼ buttons on the MY TEXT DISPLAY on and off menu to select
on or off.

When ON is selected, MY TEXT will display on the
START UP LOGO screen and on the SOURCE_INFO
screen.
• This feature is available only when MY TEXT
PASSWORD is set to OFF.
MY TEXT
WRITING
(1) Use the ▲/▼ buttons on the SECURITY
menu to select MY TEXT WRITING
and press the ► button. The MY TEXT
WRITING dialog will display.
(2) The current MY TEXT will display on the
rst 3 lines. If MY TEXT has never been
written, the lines will be blank.
Use the ▲/▼/◄/► buttons and the SELECT button to select and enter
characters. To erase 1 character at one time, press the ◄ and SOURCE
button simultaneously. You can also move the cursor to DELETE or
ALL CLEAR and press the SELECT button, a single character or all the
characters will be erased. Up to 24 characters can be input for each line of
MY TEXT.

To change an existing character, press the ▲/▼ buttons to move the cursor
to one of the rst 3 lines, and use the ◄/► buttons to highlight the character
which needs to be changed.
After pressing the SELECT button, the character will be selected. Then,
follow the same procedure as described in step (2) above.
(4) To nish entering the text, move the cursor to OK on the screen and press
the ►, SELECT button. To revert to the previous MY TEXT without saving
any changes, move the cursor to CANCEL and press the ◄, SELECT
button.

The MY TEXT WRITING feature is available only when MY TEXT
PASSWORD is set to OFF.
SECURITY
INDICATOR
Selecting this displays the SECURITY INDICATOR dialog. Use the ▲/▼
buttons to select ON or OFF.

When the projector is in power saving mode and both the SECURITY
INDICATOR and PIN LOCK (or both the SECURITY INDICATOR and
TRANSITION DETECTOR) are ON, the SECURITY indicator will blink (
69).
STACK LOCK
Selecting this displays the STACK LOCK dialog. For more information, please
