Report any defective or missing parts to the authorized Injen dealer you purchased this product from. Before installing any parts of this system,

please read the instructions thoroughly. If you have any questions regarding installation, please contact your Injen Technology dealer. Installation

DOES require some mechanical skills. A qualified mechanic is always recommended.

*Do not attempt to install the intercooler pipes while the engine is hot.

Severe burn could result from touching hot engine components!

Instruction Manual P/N:SES1573ICP M6 screws Vacuum line 1. Stock intercooler pipes shown. Remove the factory intake out of vehicle. Remove the front bumper cover. 2. With pliers pull back the vacuum line from cold side of intercooler pipe. 7. Use a 10mm socket or wrench and loosen the 2 bolts securing the upper intercooler pipe to the thermostat housing . 3. Disconnect both sensors on the upper intercooler tube. intercooler pipe 4. 5. 6. the throttle body using flat head screwdriver.

Instruction Manual P/N:SES1573ICP Temperature sensors 12. Install the 2.5” hump hose with clamps to the throttle body. Tighten the clamp on the throttle body only. 13. Loosen and remove the 2 M5 bolts holding in the 2 temperature sensors. 14. Install the upper temperature sensor with provided M5 screw and tighten. 15. Install the 2nd temperature sensor into the last machined pad. Secure using provided M5 screw. O-ring gasket 2.25” hump hose 16.

Instruction Manual 24. With front Bumper cover removed, 25. Carefuly remove the hot side intercooler pipe out of vehicle. Loosen and remove the 2 bolts holding in the lower intercooler pipe. Save for later install. P/N:SES1573ICP 26. Install the provided M6 vibramount to the bracket from step 23. 27. Install the provided elbow hose to the turbo using clamps provided. Do not tighten. Install the injen intercooler pipe into vehicle. O-ring gasket 28. Install the injen intercooler pipe into vehicle.
