Posiition the intake tube for best pssible fitment. Make
sure the intake pipe doesnt interfer or rub against any
objects and then procede to tighten both clamps on
the throttle body
Use a 12mm wrench and tighten the nut on the vibra-
mount to secure the intake tube in figure 16
Jack the driver side up. Make sure you use the owners
manual for the correct reference point to avoid damage
to the frame
With the vehicle lifted, use a torx screw driver to
remove the three torx screws from the drivers side
wheel well cover

Pull back on the whell well cover and place filter onto the
intake pipe. Secure the filter by tightening the clamp.
NOTE: Some vehicle may require removing the driver
side wheel due to larger wheel size to squeeze filter into
the bumper cavity

Reconnect the two air pump line to the Injen intake
pipe. Make sure you hear it click into place or there
might be a air leak if not secure

Align the intake bracket onto the vibramount placed on
the chassis in figure 12

Congratulations! You have just completed the installa-
tion of the World’s first tuned intake system, the
Power-Flow intake, featuring MR Technology.
Periodically, check the system for fitment, this will
enhance the life of your Power-Flow system.
Check the alignment and fitment of the entire Injen
intake . Once you have check for possible air leaks,
rubbing or rattling, continue to tighten all nuts, bolts
and clamps.
