1. Overview
This document describes how to use the 228-2621 900 MHz VEX Radio Module.
2. Operation
Start with the 228-2530 VEX Controller or 228-2540 VEX Robot Brain turned off. Connect the
Radio Module to the VEX Controller or Robot Brain by sliding it in to the radio socket. Power
will be applied to the Radio Module when the host device is turned on. Radio Module
operation is based on commands from the host.

FCC Compliance Statement (United States):
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connect
ed.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Note: Changes or modifications not expressly appro
ved by the party responsible for compliance could void the

er’s authority to operate the equipment.

This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS Standards. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions: 1) this device may not cause interference, and
