General Information prior to installation:
1. Surface and panels must be clean, dry smooth and free of dust, grease,
wax and or any other particles prior to installation
2. Clean the back surface of the panel, use a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol
3. Prepare a detailed plan, measure the area planned to be covered to determine
how many panels you will need prior to cutting and installing.
4. Adhesives - Use high quality, strong, one component adhesive and sealant
based on MS polymer 5.
Installing the Panels :
Step 1: Prepare a detailed plan, in accordance with your chosen option, measure
the area planned to be covered prior to starting the installation.
Step 2: Cut the panels’ edge in accordance with the markings, and according
to your chosen option (Step 1)
Step 3: Apply the adhesive onto the panels’ back side (B). Make sure you
apply the adhesive
on all spots as well as onto the overlap between the panels (C).
Step 4: Please pay attention to the connection between the panels, it is
important to use an adhesive in the connection between the
overlapping panels.
Step 5: Press the panels to the wall with your ngers and use a masking tape.
Step 6: Please note the overlap and attachments of the panels
Step 7: If the panels need cutting, please do so in advance using scissors or
a utility knife.
Step 8: After installing all the panels and applying masking tape in order to hold
them in place, wait for 24 hours until the adhesive dries totally prior to
removing the masking tape.
Allgemeine Informationen vor der Installation:
1. Oberächen und Paneele müssen vor der Installation sauber,
trocken und glatt, frei von Staub, Fett, Wachs und sonstigen Partikeln sein
2. Reinigen Sie die Rückseite des Paneele mit einem sauberen Tuch.
3. Bereiten Sie einen detaillierten Plan vor. Messen Sie die Fläche, die abgedeckt
werden soll, um festzustellen, wie Sie es Installieren wollen (Option 1 oder 2)
4. Klebstoe: bitte verwenden Sie hochwertige, starke, einkomponentige Klebstoe
und Dichtungsmaterial auf Basis von MS Polymer 5.
Die Installation der Paneele:
Schritt 1: Vor der Installation einen detaillierten Plan vorbereiten und die Fläche
die geplant ist bedeckt zu werden messen. Starten Sie die Installation von
der unteren linken Seite , auf diese Weise wird es immer eine Überlappung
zwischen den Paneelen und ihren Rändern geben.
Schritt 2: Schneiden Sie die Kanten der Paneele gemäß den Markierungen
und gemäß der von Ihnen gewählten Option ab (Schritt 1).
Schritt 3: Tragen Sie den Klebsto auf die Rückseite der Paneele auf (B).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Klebsto auf alle Stellen sowie
auf die Überlappung zwischen den Paneelen auftragen (C).
Schritt 4: Bitte beachten Sie die Verbindung zwischen den Paneelen.
Es ist wichtig, einen Klebsto in der Verbindung zwischen den
überlappenden. Paneelen zu verwenden.
Schritt 5: Die Paneele mit den Fingern an die Wand drücken und das Klebeband
verwenden.
Schritt 6: Bitte beachten Sie die Überlappung und Befestigung der Paneele.
Schritt 7: Wenn die Paneele zugeschnitten werden müssen, muss dies im voraus
mit einer Schere oder einem Gebrauchsmesser erfolgen.
Schritt 8: Nach der Installation aller Paneele und der Verwendung von Masking-Tape
(um sie in Position zu xieren), bitte 24 Stunden warten, bis der Klebsto
vollständig getrocknet ist. Anschliessend können Sie das Masking-Tape
entfernen.
