CAUTION: If you reset the device to factory settings, all of
your custom settings will be lost, including your password
for the Web UI, which will default to “admin”.
To reset your device to factory default
settings:
1. Remove the back cover from the device and
locate the small pinhole labeled “Reset”.
2. Insert one end of an unfoldered paper clip
into the hole to reset the modem.

1. Go to the Web UI at http://my.usb.
2. On the Home page, click the arrow icon in
the bottom right corner of the Settings
panel.
3. Select the Preferences tab.
4. Click the Restore Factory Defaults button.
