6.2. Prototype Packaging
For engineering samples and prototype quantities
up to 99 units, deliveries are provided in thermoformed
trays or cut tapes.
They are delivered in sealed pack with desiccant
pack and humidity sensors. Please see section 7.2
for more information on moisture sensitivity.
Please order with “ST” code packaging suffix.
6.3. Jedec Trays
For pre-production volumes, ISP1907 are available in Jedec trays. They are delivered in sealed pack with
desiccant pack and humidity sensors. These Jedec trays are also suitable for further baking. Please see
section 7.2 for more information on moisture sensitivity.
Please order with “JT” code packaging suffix.
