2 Press direction buttons ( or ) to select Audio Setup
menu, then press (Play). The
Audio Setup Page opens.
3 On the Audio Setup Page, and subsequent setup pages, use the
direction buttons ( or ) to highlight a setup option, then
press (Play) to go to that setup page or make the setting.
4 To exit the setup page, keep pressing the direction button
until the cursor moves to the Exit icon, then press (Play) to
exit the setup menu completely.
Speaker setup
The Speaker Setup Page looks like this:
Lt/Rt — For a disc recorded with a multi-channel soundtrack, the
output signal will be incorporated to left and right channel.
Stereo — For a disc recorded with a multi-channel soundtrack, the
output signal will be incorporated to stereo.
Dolby Digital setup
The
Dolby Digital Setup page looks like this:
Dual mono — This is the output mode of the L and R signals of the
set audio output. If it is set to Mixed Mono, the function only works
when the DVD being played is 5.1-channel.
D.R.C. — This sets the linear compression rate to Full, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4,
or OFF.
