(Operate in the range of 16 feet (5 meters) and 60°.) Tip • Generally, batteries last for about one year. Replace the batteries if the remote control does not work.

To charge the battery pack: 1 Turn the player off. The battery pack charges only when the power is turned OFF. 2 Attach the battery pack to the player. 3 Connect the AC adapter to the player. When the battery is charging, the CHG indicator turns orange. When the charging is completed, the indicator turns off.

Connecting the car adapter To connect the car adapter: 1 Plug the car adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of your player.

You need to enter your password to watch a DVD with a blocked rating. You can select 1 KID, 2 G, 3 PG, 4 PG 13, 5 PGR, 6 R, 7 NC17, or 8 ADULT. Default–Lets you reset all settings to the factory default. This option does not reset the password.
