Note to CATV system installer Power source Operate your TV only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supplied to your home, consult an electrician or your local power company. Specifically, it states that the cable ground must be connected to the grounding system of the building as close to the point of cable entry as practical.

Insignia 55" LED-LCD TV, 1080p Connecting a component video device To connect a component video device: 1 Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the component video device is turned off. 2 Connect a component video cable to the COMP Y, Pb, and Pr jacks on the back of your TV and to the COMPONENT OUT jacks on the component video device.
NS-55E560A11 Insignia 55" LED-LCD TV, 1080p Connecting a computer Connecting headphones Tip Some computers have an HDMI jack. You can use an HDMI cable to connect the computer for a better picture. To connect a computer: 1 Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the computer is turned off. 2 Connect a VGA cable to the PC VGA jack on the side of your TV and to the VGA jack on the computer. The TV speakers are muted when headphones are attached. Warning Loud noise can damage your hearing.
Insignia 55" LED-LCD TV, 1080p Connecting a digital sound system To connect a digital sound system: 1 Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the sound system is turned off. 2 Connect a digital audio cable to DIGITAL AUDIO OUT jack on the side of your TV and to the digital optical audio jack on the digital sound system. Turning on your TV for the first time The first time you turn on your TV, the Setup Wizard opens.

Note You can press EXIT to stop the auto channel search, but you will need to run the auto channel search again to create a channel list.
